Foundation Drainage
Hancor 4" (400mm) and 6" (150mm) Heavy Duty and Smoothwall or Channel-Flow
sewer and drain pipe around the foundation minimizes moisture problems
in a crawl space or basement by collecting water from window wells and
foundations. A drainage system can be added to existing structures by
installing the pipe around the outside perimeter of the foundation near
the footer. New construction may include drainage in the crawl space or
beneath the floor slab. Water can flow through the pipe to a ditch, sewer
or into a Hancor sump pump well and then be pumped to a discharge point.
